INDIANAPOLIS — A 60-year-old Indianapolis man is scheduled to appear in court to answer the charge that he fatally shot a police officer during a traffic stop.
Prosecutors on Thursday filed charges of murder, robbery and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon against Thomas Hardy. He's is scheduled to appear in court Friday in Officer David Moore's death.....
