East Allen Times:
FORT WAYNE - Allen County Sheriff Ken Fries said his jail violated inmates' rights to go before a judge within 48 hours and he wants a judge to approve a class-action lawsuit.
Along with attorney Christopher Myers, Fries said in court papers filed last week that the class-action lawsuit should cover each person arrested over a more than two year period ending March 20, 2010 during certain hours on those weekends.....
