FORT WAYNE - Latisha Ann Lawson was arrested in connection with a missing child investigation on a preliminary felony charge of Neglect of a Dependent (Class A-Felony).
During the course of the investigation, detectives and officers with the Fort Wayne Police Department went to a home in the 1300 block of Wabash Avenue and there they discovered the remains of a small child.....
