Yellow Hills is target of bank lawsuit

Hartford City News Times:

Yellow Hills Dairy Leasing, LLC, Vreba-Hoff Holding, LLC, Jackson Family Farms, LLC and Fifth Third Bank are being sued by Farmers Bank & Trust Co.

As of September 28 they owe nearly $730,000 to Farmers Bank & Trust Co., according to the lawsuit......
