Car driver suffers skull fracture in hitting buggy

Five members of a Fort Wayne family were injured in a car-buggy mishap at 6:53 p.m. Friday on U.S. 27.
An Adams County Sheriff's Department report said the accident occurred when a buggy driven by John V. Shetler, Jr., 19, rural Geneva, pulled out of a driveway near C.R. 300S onto U.S. 27 into the path of a car driven northbound by Brad A. Canter, 38, Fort Wayne.
The occupants of the Canter vehicle were injured in the resulting collision and taken to area hospitals.....
