Bellmont led 2-1 in intermission, but two second-half goals by New Haven proved to be the difference as the Bulldogs ousted the Squaws from the 2010 state soccer tourney with a 3-2 win in the opening game of the BHS Girls Soccer Sectional Monday.
Senior Brittany Thatcher and sophomore Andrea Fruchte tallied first-half goals for Bellmont, which closed out a successful 10-5-1 season. New Haven, paced by goalie Karisa Jacquay, blanked Bellmont in the second half.....
