The Jay County Visitor and Tourism Bureau, in conjunction with the 45th annual Tri-State Gas Engine and Tractor Show, held its third annual Tractor Ride on Tuesday. The 19 people who participated in the ride departed from the Jay County Fairgrounds at 9:15 a.m., traveled to Bearcreek Farms for lunch and then to Berne. ....
