Huntington County Republican Party Chairwoman Angie Garner appointed Mike Rohler to fill the empty Andrews Town Council president position on Thursday, Aug. 19.
The slot was left open after Bob Gray resigned from the position in July.
Rohler has resided in Andrews since December 2009 after moving to Huntington County in October 2008.....
