FOR WAYNE — Allen County 4-H garden project exhibitors turned the 2010 Allen County Fair July 20-25 into a "giving fair" by donating their projects to help feed hungry people throughout the community.
Donations came from the 4-H Garden project exhibits, an individual 4-H club, and various businesses were part of the mixture that made the Allen County Fair a “giving fair”.
