Warren's recently retired librarian, Rosalie Walter, has spent many hours - both paid and unpaid - making the Warren Public Library an appealing place to be.
But her work didn't stop at the library doors. She also delivered boxes of books to schools and to people whose limitations kept them from getting to the library, says fellow Warren resident Mary Emma Holmes.....
