Adams Central seniors Madison Bailey, Lauren Harvey, and Sarah Sipe have laughed, cried, and shared deepest friendship together during their time in school.
Now, this Sunday, they will share their class’s highest honor hand in hand. Harvey and Sipe have tied for the school’s valedictorian status with perfect 12.0 grade point averages while Bailey will be honored as salutatorian with an 11.90 GPA.
“We have been best friends all through school. We have studied together and always been there for each other. We are all competitive, but we care more about each other,” said Sipe.
The competition between Sipe and Harvey for valedictorian was so close that the final outcome wasn’t determined until late Wednesday....
