The City of Decatur has a new mayor today: Barb Engle. Mayor John Schultz scurried out of Tuesday night's city council meeting to catch a plane for Haiti. He is among a group of seven people from St. Mary of the Assumption Church who will spend a week in that earthquake-ravaged city....
