Geneva council holds meeting, hears department reports

Wayne Bailey of Commonwealth Engineering presented a proposal to the Geneva Town Board Tuesday night for a feasibility study of eliminating several lift stations throughout Geneva and using gravity where possible. Cost of the study will be $8,000 with $3,000 coming from an OCRA grant and $5,000 coming from the wastewater operational expenses account. Council agreed to the contract....
