Decatur city services to be cut

Decatur Daily Democrat:

Stephen Carter and Jeff Raugh of Umbaugh attended the city council meeting, as they had several weeks ago. This time they brought an outlook revised from the previous report and the revisions brought no better news.
It's become all too obvious that the city is not only going to have to raise addtional fees — the trash-collection hike from $4 to $12 monthly has already been approved — but it is increasingly looking like some services are going to have to be cut.
