The attorney for the city of Decatur, Tim Baker, approached the Adams County Commissioners on Monday and asked them to dedicate some right-of-way along CR 600 North, just east of the Decatur city limits.
Baker explained that Decatur is applying for a grant for some improvements to the Piqua Road-Highway 224 intersection and Decatur has to show ownership of the right-of-way in question...
